Ever since my childhood play with scraps of silks, organza and feathers that my grandmother kept in a big box from her millinery days, I have always had a fascination with cloth. First I made dresses for my sisters' dolls, then, still a teenager and without my disapproving parents' knowledge, I attended the first professional atelier where I learned the basics of sewing. Later on, while at university studying English linguistics to please my parents, I enrolled at another atelier. After five years I finally obtained my diploma in pattern cutting and dressmaking techniques.
