I took some time out after university (having studied Nutrition and Food Science) and I worked in a health food store in Philadelphia, USA. From there, with a 6 month work visa, I went off to Australia as a waitress. While I was there I met a number of people who had a real interest in health, nutrition and massage. This inspired me to come back home and subsequently study. I studied part time for five years to become an osteopath…. in 1993 I qualified...
