Starting out in Sales, then in Finance and later working as Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Daniel has been with Mercedes-Benz of Tuscaloosa since 2003 and was named General Manager in February of 2018. He is Mercedes-Benz Master Certified and is passionate about doing business in an ethical and moral manner while also benefiting customers, employees and the community. Personally, he is passionate about his family, including his wife Laura and sons Andrew, Luke and Sam. Daniel prides himself on solving problems and describes himself as hardworking, consistent and reliable. He says he is happiest spending the afternoon on the lake with his family.

Dixie graduated from East Mississippi Community College with an Associates in Finance and is also Mercedes-Benz Master Certified. With the dealership since 2014, she is not only Warranty Administrator, but also Accounts Payable, Service Cashier and Payroll Assistant. She says she can fix almost anything - including changing the radiator and starter in her car. Dixie describes herself as dependable, sensitive and maternal, and says she is happiest when going on road trips with her husband and two kids, Madyson and Mason.
Since 1991, Jerry has served the dealership as a Parts Consultant. He is Mercedes-Benz Master Certified and says he especially enjoys using his years of experience to help customers with older vehicles locate hard-to-find parts. His co-workers describe him as loyal, hardworking and honest, and when he is not at work he enjoys working in the yard, watching and supporting high school athletics, and fishing.
With the dealership since 2012, Joe provides shuttle service to customers when they leave their vehicle for service. He says he enjoys meeting and talking with new people and likes what he does because he gets to do just that every day. He gets complimented by employees and customers alike for being dependable and on-time. When not at work, Joe enjoys watching any kind of University of Alabama sports.
John has a BS in Marketing from the University of Alabama, is Mercedes-Benz Certified and Has been with the dealership since 2015. He gets great satisfaction from helping customers find the car of their dreams and is often complimented by his co-workers for being "friendly and helpful". He describes himself as a gentleman, a jokester, likeable and resilient. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his three daughters. Karen has a Bachelors of Science in Small Business Management and Development from the University of Alabama, and has been with Mercedes-Benz of Tuscaloosa since 2010. She is Mercedes-Benz Star Certified and says she believes in 100% transparency when managing and accounting for someone else's money. She is happiest camping with her family and three dogs, and believes co-workers may find it surprising to learn she took two years of Arabic in college. A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Secondary Education, Keith is a Mercedes-Benz Certified Sales Consultant, and has been with the dealership since 2011. He enjoys helping customers discover the best vehicle to suit their lifestyle and is often complimented on his friendliness. He describes himself as energetic, loyal and reliable, and says he is surprisingly good at wildlife photography. Along with that talent, Keith says co-workers would be surprised to learn he is a former miniature golf champion. He also enjoys spending time with his daughter Morgan and watching college football. Mark studied at the Nashville Auto Diesel College, is Mercedes-Benz factory trained and has been with the dealership since 1998. Mark says he is passionate about not just his job, but doing the job right. He is often complimented by co-workers for his kindness, and says he strives for success and a high level of performance. Mark believes that his co-workers may be surprised to learn of his deep religious convictions. He also enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
With the dealership since 2005, Michael holds a degree in Accounting from the University of West Alabama and is Mercedes-Benz Master Certified. He says he loves to make customers happy by resolving any parts-related issues, and describes himself as tenacious and resilient. He also thinks co-workers would be surprised to learn he is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Owen is a graduate of the University of Alabama and has been with the dealership since 2015. As a service advisor, he is responsible for arranging maintenance and repair work for customers. He says his coworkers might be surprised to learn that he previously worked in the food and beverage industry for 15 years. He describes himself as loyal, honest and happy, and enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Allie. Pate has a degree in Communications and says it comes in handy as he talks with people every day in his job as Sales Consultant. In fact, he says that is what he enjoys the most about what he does, talking with and creating new relationships with people he has never met. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He says he hopes to one day have a family of his own, that his grandfather lives to be at least 100 and that all of his friends are successful and happy in life. He says his co-workers would be surprised to learn he played college basketball.

Ron is a Service Technician and is Mercedes-Benz Master Certified. With the dealership since 2002, he is a graduate of the Universal Technical Institute and has completed Mercedes-Benz Elite Training and Mercedes-Benz Academy. He is often complimented for being a hard worker, and says his co-workers might be surprised to learn that he is a good cook. Described as funny and sarcastic, but also genuine, Ron coaches Little League baseball and enjoys boating and fishing.
Growing up in Tuscaloosa, Sales Consultant Taylor Seagle says friends and family always called him Taylor Wayne, but that he answers to either. With a father in the industry for more than 20 years (his dad is New Vehicle Sales Manager Wayne Seagle) Taylor says he always vowed to never get into the business himself. But that was nine years ago and he says he absolutely loves what he does. Mercedes-Benz Certified, Taylor says his favorite part of the job is meeting new people, "because everyone has a story". When not at work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his young daughter Keegan and playing golf. His favorite quote? Troy has been with Mercedes-Benz of Tuscaloosa since 2001 as Parts Manager, where it is his job to locate and obtain any part needed to complete a customer's repair. He makes it his personal work objective that every customer leaves the dealership pleased with the professional manner in which they were treated. A favorite quote of his is, "If you fail to plan - plan to fail." Troy says he is happiest spending time with family.
