Anda Totoreanu

An alumna of Cardozo School of Law, Anda Totoreanu stands out as a committed advocate for immigrants. Anda served as President of FIRE (For Immigrants Rights and Equality) at Cardozo and has been honored with multiple awards for her contributions to the legal field, including the prestigious 2023 C. Bainbridge Smith Scholarship, the AILA DEI Law Student Scholarship, and the Berg Fellowship. Anda, along with her team at Cardozo, earned the prestigious "Outstanding Clinic Team Award" for their pivotal role in navigating a complex immigration case. Their dedicated efforts led to the successful removal of two historical criminal arrests from the 1990s and the subsequent reopening and termination of removal proceedings for the client. Before venturing into law, Anda achieved her Master's degree in Russian and East European Studies from the distinguished University of Oxford and her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and French from Lafayette College. Beyond her legal and academic pursuits, Anda is a passionate poet, singer, and loves exploring the great outdoors.

Christina DiCerbo

Christina works with a vast array of corporate and individual clients on both employment and family based visas including O-1, EB-1, PERM based EB-2 and EB-3, National Interest Waiver, H-1B, E-2, E-3, J-1, TN, P-3 and marriage based green cards among others. She has assisted actors, research scientists, musicians, dancers, policy directors, multimedia artists, curators, recruiters, pod casters, clients in various levels of film production, theater, visual art, social scientists, lawyers and more. Her many award-winning clients hold Emmys, Nikas, Webbys, Cannes Lions, and Clios among others. Christina graduated cum laude from St. John's University School of Law where she also achieved the Dean's Award for Excellence in Legal Research, Writing and Analysis, for receiving the highest grade in the class. During this time, she worked with Catholic Charities in their Refugee and Immigration Rights Clinic as a student attorney. Here, she co-authored a brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for an asylum case and worked closely with the lead attorney preparing oral arguments where she attended as second chair.

Eva Golinger

Eva Golinger is an Attorney with over 20 years of experience in extraordinary ability immigration law. She has particular expertise in business and entertainment immigration for artists, entertainers, celebrities and other talented and creative professionals, O and P Visas, NIWs and EB1s, as well as the full array of family-based immigration. She also has extensive experience in International Law, Human Rights Law and Media Law, and additionally has practiced in the areas of real estate law, contracts, and defamation and libel law. Ms. Golinger's clientele have included Grammy Award-winning artists, Oscar and Emmy award-winning and nominated actors, tv and film producers and directors, Opera Singers, composers, successful musicians, bands, photographers, graphic designers, dancers, performance artists, Internet innovators and other creative and talented professionals. She is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College (B.A.) and City University of New York Law School (Juris Doctorate), where she was a member of the prestigious International Women's Human Rights Clinic. Ms. Golinger is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and is admitted to the Bars of the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA). Ms. Golinger is fluent in Spanish.

Natalie Bello

Ms. Bello earned her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, and her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Fordham University. She is admitted to practice law in New York State. Ms. Bello has over 7 years of experience working in Immigration Law, previously working as an Associate with O'Malley & Associates and Merrill R. Cohen & Associates, where she filed numerous successful nonimmigrant visas, including E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-3, J-1, L-1, and O-1 visas, as well as green card petitions, including EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant visa categories. Ms. Bello's clients have ranged from investors and entrepreneurs to award-winning entertainers and artists. Ms. Bello also has equal experience working with family-based immigration petitions, naturalization, derivative and acquired citizenship applications, and provisional immigrant visa waivers. Ms. Bello is fluent in Spanish and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Ryan Elizabeth Todd

Ryan prepares petitions for employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas and family-based immigrant petitions, and related adjustment packages. Ryan also assists clients with applying for naturalization. She has successfully represented visual artists, producers, directors, and actors in film, television, and theater, screenwriters, cinematographers, authors, influencers, journalists, musicians, composers, dancers, engineers, graphic designers, models, bakers, chefs, and more. Ryan also represents employees of major multinational corporations, including managers and executives. Ryan graduated from Providence College in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a minor in Art History. She went on to earn her JD from New York Law School in 2013, where she volunteered with Safe Passage Project representing unaccompanied immigrant minors seeking asylum or Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in immigration court. Ryan continues to volunteer with Safe Passage Project, where she has recently helped asylees obtain permanent residence. Ryan is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
