Kirsty Green of Mind 2 Excel is a mental performance coach and works with athletes throughout Essex and surrounding counties. Kirsty also works with businesses and individuals to support with all aspects of life. Mind 2 Excel was established in 2013. Kirsty has been gathering her skills and techniques over the past 5 years. Kirsty began her training when she was at university; she studied in Sport and Exercise Science for 3 years and specialized in sports psychology.Kirsty is certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming at Master Practitioner and Sports Master Practitioner level. Kirsty is also certified in Hypnosis. Kirsty is also a certified Sports Hypnotist where Andy Barton also trained her.
