Philip has extensive knowledge of the residential sales and lettings market in prime central London and surrounds having spent 20 years at a leading Central London estate agency.
Philip established Philip Woolf Property specialising in the sale and acquisition of some of London's finest homes and in addition jointly managed the Grosvenor Residential Investment Fund acquiring apartment blocks as investments around the UK. All this alongside the setting up and evolution of Nationalcorp.
Steven comes with 30 years of experience including working for the construction arm of Lonrho where he was responsible for the maintenance and refurbishment of a portfolio of primarily residential buildings throughout Greater London.
For 3 years, he advised a small Dutch pension fund, undertaking a number of refurbishment projects in Central London. He has worked as a sole practitioner for over 15 years; consulting in his capacity as project manager whilst at the same time, becoming directly involved in the setting up and evolution of Nationalcorp.
