The mission of the New Path Transformation Foundation is to first Glorify God who has given us the full manifestation of His Son in the person of Jesus Christ. Our primary goal is to reduce recidivism by assisting those who have been incarcerated, and those who may not have a place to call home by orchestrating community resources, and creating an environment that responds to their unique needs... New Path Transformation Foundation, Inc. was founded on November 9, 2009 to assist individuals who have been incarcerated successfully make the transition from prison to community. So many that have gone to prison want and need a second chance and the New Path Transformation Foundation wants to help in that process. Winning souls, stopping recidivism, and prevention are the driving forces to our mission.
