Having worked for over 20 years in the industry, I quickly realised that you are only as good as your last job and it is all about customer satisfaction. What is the point of doing the job if the customer is not happy or that you have not offered what they want? I offer a more personal service. I survey, design and provide 3D images to show what each room can look like. This allows your input until the right design is achieved. I install the bedrooms and do not sub-contract out the work.
