HELEN POOLE

Helen leads the Education recruitment services in Resourcing Solutions in addition to being an accredited ‘Safer Recruitment' trainer. Helen has over 10 years specialist education recruitment and management experience; prior to this, she was a music teacher. She has experience recruiting across all phases of education and roles, from support staff to SLT and delivers a specialist Executive leadership recruitment approach. Having previously been a SEND specialist recruiter and Team Teach trainer, she has particular expertise recruiting for complex roles within specialist settings and the recruitment to leadership roles. Helen works in a consultative capacity to provide advice and guidance, striving to deliver a personalised recruitment experience for every school.

JESSICA MARSHALL

Jess has extensive resourcing experience gained from 18 years of working in both the private recruitment sector and from within our operational recruitment team. Jess leads our strategic approach to recruitment across North Yorkshire Council which includes corporate, specialised and high volume positions as well as managing our recruitment support service ensuring a candidate orientated, robust, and efficient recruitment process. In addition, Jess leads the Make Care Matter recruitment hub, our innovative, professional recruitment service, supporting care providers across North Yorkshire with their recruitment. Involved from the concept of the recruitment hub, she has worked directly with care providers to identify their needs and plan and develop how the service can support these requirements.

Keeley Metcalfe

Keeley Metcalfe is a very experienced recruiter having worked in the industry over 15 years, leading recruitment teams across different sectors and disciplines. Keeley is an expert in all aspects of resourcing and can present bespoke solutions for hard to fill roles both on a temporary and longer term basis. She currently leads Traded Recruitment Partnering Services, in addition to Employability and Careers Advice services, utilising her expertise as a qualified Careers Adviser (level 6). With specific experience of future talent, Keeley can implement and deliver recruitment schemes for apprenticeships and graduates, in addition to coordinating and delivering assessment centres. Highly organised, with a desire to engage and consult with clients and candidates, Keeley will lead a recruitment campaign in an extremely engaging and effective manner for all concerned.

She leverages various digital marketing strategies to engage effectively with the target audience. In addition, Mia oversees the website, social media, and other marketing channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity. She provides strategic guidance and innovative marketing approaches to attract skilled professionals to the public sector. Penny has responsibility for delivering a professional, retained executive search service for senior level appointments. She has more than 25 years' experience in all aspects of search and selection and has run many senior leadership campaigns to recruit to senior, sensitive and hard to fill roles. Her experience includes successfully recruiting at Chief Executive, Corporate Director and Assistant Director level for clients right across the public and private sector, as well as running high profile campaigns for Chair and other non-executive director positions. She also lends her expertise to more junior hard to fill assignments for both internal and external clients.
