Occam's Razor Consulting was established in 2008. It provides a range of services primarily to the parks and open spaces sector but also in to wholesaling and distribution businesses... Our focus is on the collection, management and exploitation of data. We have contributed to several grounds maintenance contracts preparing tender documents, robust evaluation systems and calculating labour requirements. We are particularly interested in combining satellite based surveying techniques and geographic information systems to support decision making in land based industries... We can collect, organize and present your data in a variety of ways. We use Filemaker Pro to create applications that allow you to view and update your data with customised reports. These can be installed on iOS, Macintosh or Windows machines. We have created an example database that you can download. It contains historical financial data for expenditure on open spaces by local authorities in England.
