Over two decades ago, Amy Venner began her health career working in a nutritional store. Specializing in purchasing and customer service, she teamed up with David and a budding Organic by Nature to oversee operations. Now the President of a much larger company, Amy has built a management team to execute and oversee day-to-day operations while also ensuring that the company evolves with technology and high standard certifications. Her greatest reward other than her husband and two daughters, has been knowing that we have made a significant impact on hundreds of thousands of people's lives with the products that we manufacture.
Joining the Organic By Nature team in 2016, Ana Avellandea's passions lie within using natural organic ingredients to help others. When an opportunity came up to join the R&D department, Ana was happy to settle into the position! She is currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is studying at the Los Angeles School of Homeopathy. Ana's love for serving others and her strong curiosity led her to become a member at IFT- Institute of Food Technologists.
Joining Organic By Nature in 2012, Ashley Duran worked her way up from QC assistant to Document Specialist until promoted in 2020 to QA/QC Department Supervisor. Ashley's determination and strong interpersonal skills, enhances the team's productivity, as we ensure each product meets our high quality standards. She is proud to be a part of a company dedicated to providing healthy and life changing products to people everywhere!
Ben Monroy began his career in manufacturing with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, from California State University. He has brought seventeen years of worldwide experience to Organic by Nature, working as the Operations Manager who oversees and works as a liaison with the Warehouse, Manufacturing, Safety, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Research & Development. Furthering his training with certifications from Vistage, Sigma Six and Dale Carnegie, Ben is motivated to build sustainable high performing value streams through effective leadership, value engineering, and providing value to all stakeholders.

In the early years of the whole foods movement, David Sandoval researched and studied alongside the most recognized industry leaders from around the world. This knowledge inspired Organic by Nature as well as his book The Green Foods Bible. After more than twenty years, David remains committed to the latest research and whole food advancements. He takes great pride in living a life that authentically reflects his love for the earth and its people.

Heather Garcia joined the Organic by Nature team in 2012, with 15 years of Office Management and Administrative experience as an Assistant in the Private Label Division, she has since been involved within every role of the division that has benefited in developing her skill set adding great value to each stage of the process, from formulations to product development and throughout all operational processes while ensuring the final product is up to OBN's quality and standards. Heather is a wife and a mother of three who enjoys working for a company that takes so much pride in improving the health of our world.

Justin Miethe started his career with Organic by Nature in June 2013 as a Shipping Clerk gradually advancing to Sales and Operations Planning Manager. With an educational background in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Justin adds value to our team by building deep-rooted relationships with suppliers, implementing strategic initiatives, and mitigating risk to the business. Justin enjoys staying active by hiking local trails, running, and riding his longboard at the beach.
Rio Musolff joined Organic By Nature in 2015 with experience in Operations, Fulfillment, Logistics and currently leads Supply Chain. Rio embodies our company's core values and her desire to ensure our customers have the best possible experience from start to finish, makes her a key member to our company's success. Rio spends her free time with her husband raising their son, enjoying all their favorite outdoor adventures.
