Berdina is our Receptionist/Patient Liaison and Recruitment Specialist for over 20 years at OTGi. Berdina is responsible for the professional and inviting environment of the clinic and is highly regarded by our volunteers. Berdina is responsible for organising and scheduling the appointments for our many volunteers for the various contact lens and dry eye studies.

Deborah Moore (Finance & Administration Director) joined the company as Administrator in 1994 and became a Director in 1996 with the responsibility for the company's overall administration and financial management. Prior to joining she was the Personal Administrative Assistant to Professor Brien Holden at the Institute for Eye Research at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Michel Guillon (Managing Director) has run the company since its inception; prior to this he was the Director of Clinical Research at the Cornea and Contact Lens Research Unit at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. His previous appointments have included Research Fellow at Moorfields Eye Hospital and Clinical Director at Hydron Europe Research Centre. Professor Guillon is a Past President of the International Society for Contact lens Research and Past European President of the International Association of Contact Lens Educators. Our Medical Monitor is Mr Ali Mearza . He has been an ophthalmic consultant for 10 years and is currently the Clinical Director of Ophthalmology at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. His sub-specialist interests are cornea, cataract and laser refractive surgery. He has over 30 publications to his name and has presented his work at numerous National and International meetings.
Ned Haigh (Manager of UK Operations) graduated with a BSc (Hons) and has been with the company since 2016. He is involved with all aspects of clinical studies and manages study operations and the CRO aspect of UK operations under the ISO quality system.

Pasquale Pepe is a Biostatistician at Ocular Technology Group International Ltd. Pasquale is a Biostatistician with 14 years of experience in Clinical Research and Epidemiology. He gained his 1 st class BSc(Hons) in Statistics and an MSc in Social Statistics with Demography at the University of Florence, Italy. He has extensive knowledge of the most used software for statistical analysis (R, SAS, SPSS, STATA, WinBugs). He has also co-authored 37 papers in peer-reviewed journals.

Ruchi Gupta is a Research Optometrist at Ocular Technology Group International Ltd. She graduated with a Masters of Optometry (Hons) from The University of Manchester in July 2014. During the Masters she worked both within a private & hospital setting, as well as studying specialist modules. Ruchi joined OTGi in 2015 and is involved within the clinical investigation during trials and has worked on numerous studies including contact lenses, dry eyes and in-vitro laboratory investigations.
