Dave joined Phosphorex in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience and oversees the accounting, finance, IT, human resources, and legal operations functions. Before joining Phosphorex, David was Senior Director of Finance for the R&D Division of Curia (formerly AMRI) where he oversaw financial operations and provided financial and strategic guidance to optimize business performance. Prior to that, he was Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for Brammer Bio prior to and following its acquisition by Thermo Fisher Scientific. David holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in accounting and finance from Northeastern University and an MBA from the University of North Dakota.

Evan joined Phosphorex in 2022 bringing 10 years of industry experience as a Formulation Scientist, Application Scientist, and Business Development representative, to passionately lead client relationships for non-viral delivery development.
Prior, he served the Early Phase Oral Delivery team at Catalent Pharma Solutions guiding poorly soluble small molecules to enabling technologies and clinical manufacturing across North America and Europe. Entering the commercial side of the business in 2018 with Thermo Fisher Scientific, Evan focused in HPLC and LCMS workflows for the analysis of oligonucleotides, mRNA, and therapeutic proteins.
Evan earned his BSc and Honors undergraduate thesis in organic chemistry from Southern Connecticut State University.

Jarlath has over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including senior management positions within various contract research, contract testing and contract manufacturing organizations. Most recently, Jarlath served as the President and CEO at Advanced BioScience Laboratories, a CRO/CDMO focused on infectious disease research, gene therapy viral vectors and oncolytic virus applications. Prior to Advanced Bioscience Laboratories, Jarlath held senior commercial roles at MilliporeSigma, leading the global BioReliance® commercial operations function. Jarlath also held commercial and technical roles at industry leading organizations such as Thermo Fisher, GE and Lonza Biologics.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing within the Life Science industry, Kim has dedicated a decade-plus to the CRO/CDMO landscape. Prior to joining Phosphorex, Kim spearheaded Iridium Strategy Solutions (ISS) as its Managing Director, a consulting company specializing in strategy development, branding, and the promotion of technical services for the Pharma/Biotech market. During this time, Kim supported CDMO organizations such as Avid Bioservices, Halix B.V., Cytovance Biologics, and Lykan Bioscience.
Before ISS, Kim held the role of Director of Global Marketing & Communications at AGC Biologics, focusing on large molecule bioprocessing for clinical and commercial programs. Kim has also held marketing leadership positions at industry giants such as Lonza, MilliporeSigma, and Becton Dickinson.
Kim earned her BSc in Marketing, with a Specialized Minor in Law, from Bentley University.

Lisa is an accomplished HR leader who brings a wealth of expertise to her role as the Director of Human Resources at Phosphorex, having joined the company in 2022. With a track record spanning over two decades, Lisa has a deep understanding of all areas of Human Resources within the dynamic field of the biotech and CDMO industry.
Before joining Phosphorex Lisa held pivotal HR leaderships positions at several organizations, such as Surface Oncology, Alcyone Therapeutics, Voluntis and Aptuit (formerly Evotec), each contributing to her comprehensive skill set and industry knowledge.

Marc joined Phosphorex in 2023 with the goal of creating the GMP foundation necessary to support the expansion of services to include cGMP operations. Prior to that, he was the Quality Site Head of the Catalent Cell Gene Therapy Montgomery sites. Marc also held senior level Quality positions at KBI, Boulder Colorado and at AstraZeneca in Maryland. Prior to his roles in Quality, Marc held various positions for 20+ years in biologics manufacturing operations and diagnostics at AstraZeneca, MedImmune and BioWhittaker. Marc received his bachelor's degree in biology from Drew University.

Mr. Mario Reto is a Vice President at Ampersand Capital Partners, a global healthcare private equity firm. Prior to joining Ampersand in 2018, Mr. Reto was with PNC Riverarch Capital, a middle market private equity firm, and TM Capital, where he focused on healthcare M&A transactions. Mr. Reto holds a B.S. in finance with a concentration in economics from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Paul joined Ampersand as an Operating Partner in 2018 and currently serves as a Chairman of the Board of MedPharm. Paul was previously the CEO and President of Renaissance Topicals Division and DPT Laboratories, which were both sold to Mylan in 2016. During his time at DPT, Paul was instrumental in the start-up and growth of Healthpoint Biologics, which sold to Smith & Nephew in 2011, and Coria, which sold to Valeant in 2008. Paul also spent time at Johnson & Johnson where he led an initiative to enter and expand operations in China. Paul holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at El Paso and a M.B.A from Southern Methodist University.

Theresa has over ten years of experience in formulation and process development of particulate-based drug delivery systems, project management, and laboratory operations.
Since joining Phosphorex in 2012, Theresa has led projects for Pharma/Bio clients, coordinating all aspects of the development and manufacturing of microspheres, lipid and polymer nanoparticles, for both preclinical and clinical studies. She has overseen formulation and delivery projects encompassing diverse therapeutic agents, including small molecules, proteins, peptides, antibodies, DNAs, and RNAs. In her current role, Theresa leads the lab operations, analytical services, and MSAT teams, ensuring seamless client program execution from proof of concept through technical transfer, from non-cGMP to GMP.
