Alex Sev, a Florida-licensed CPA, leads Wyndham Accounting Florida's Client Tax Division. Mr. Sev holds 15 years of experience with tax compliance, complex tax scenarios, tax planning and strategy, and tax issue resolution for businesses and individuals. His background is augmented by an in-depth knowledge of accounting/finance processes, internal controls, and financial reporting for business enterprises, which he acquired while executing professional roles and assignments for companies and government agencies. Mr. Sev holds a Bachelors in Business Management from Northwood University, and earned his Masters of Accounting from Nova Southeastern University's Wayne Huizenga School of Business.
Mr. Sev is father to 2 young children, resides in Palm Beach County, Florida, and enjoys traveling, soccer, and boxing, along with volunteering at local charity events.

Alicia Bauman, an IRS Enrolled Agent and Maine CPA Candidate, leads Wyndham Accounting Maine's Client Tax Division. Ms. Bauman holds 7 years' public accounting experience. Her background is in tax compliance, tax planning, and business formation for clients in various industries including eCommerce, Freelance, and Real Estate. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University, has obtained the required number of credits to sit for the Uniform CPA Exam, and is presently sitting for the examination sections. Internally within the Firm, Ms. Bauman focuses on our delivery of service quality, accuracy and consistency, and on tax staff development.
Mrs. Bauman is married, with two dogs, and resides in Oxford County, Maine. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and cooking.

Iryna Chapman serves as Wyndham Accounting's Director of Training and Human Resource Manager, and leads its Training Division and Human Resource Department. With a background in secondary and adult education spanning 24 years, and concurrent experience in the Human Resources discipline, and as a top-performing graduate of Florida International University's rigorous accelerated Masters of Science in Human Resource Management degree program, Iryna is ideally suited for these roles. Ms. Chapman instructs internationally, preparing participants for the SHRM-SCP and SHRM-CP certification examinations. Ms. Chapman is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) South Florida Chapter. Ms. Chapman is also a Florida Certified Workforce Professional (FCWP).
Ms. Chapman is married, with an adult child. She resides in Broward County, Florida and enjoys reading, camping, and gardening.

Michael Winer, a CPA licensed in Maine and Florida, serves as Wyndham Accounting's President, overseeing its Client Services Division, which provides accounting, payroll and tax services to small businesses nationwide. He also leads its Advisory Division, which provides Interim/Permanent Accounting and Finance Staffing, where he's personally completed 21 Interim CFO or Controller assignments for nationwide clients in the $10M-$600M range. Mr. Winer's 20+ years as a Florida-licensed CPA and concurrent experience at the head of corporate finance in banking, retail, manufacturing and healthcare companies well-position him for this role. Clients have included companies in a wide range of industries: medical product manufacturing, restaurant, eCommerce, retail, construction, staffing, professional services, trucking and digital signage. Former employers include Fortune 20 corporations and entrepreneurial startups, both public and private. Mr. Winer consults to early-stage, emerging and rapid-growth companies, chiefly in the areas of strategic planning, financial modeling, accounting systems & controls, and product development.
Mr. Winer has served on the Town of Phippsburg Maine Budget Committee; the Institute of Management Accountants' Small Business Finance and Regulatory Affairs Committee, as Chair of its Emerging Issues Task Force; and as Board Chair and President for the IMA's South Florida Chapter. Mr. Winer served for 8 years as Board Director, Treasurer, and Finance & Audit Committee Chair of Saving Promise, a 501c3 Washington DC organization promoting awareness and prevention of global domestic violence. He has instructed domestically (UCLA and UCF) and internationally on finance, accounting, systems, treasury and banking, and lectures on selecting, implementing and maintaining small business technology stacks.
Mr. Winer is married, with three adult children. Residing in Sagadahoc County, Maine and Broward County, Florida, he enjoys boating, camping, and gardening. Mr. Winer founded the Moonlight Raftup Series, South Florida's largest and longest-running night-time boating event group.
