I have been working in private practice since 2006 having gained my Diploma in Counselling and MA in Psychotherapy at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. My original trainings were in nursing, midwifery and social anthropology. Later, living in intentional communities with children and adults with special needs, I witnessed and experienced the deep benefits of working therapeutically with individuals and groups. This fuelled my belief that we cannot know ourselves without others and we cannot come into healthy relationship with others without coming into relationship with our Self. This therefore lies at the heart of the therapeutic relationship and forms the cornerstone for the work of uncovering buried and lost parts of ourselves, strengthening our sense of identity and unfolding our true Self...
