Crispin Atkinson

Crispin is the Director of Redhill Consultants, a network of consultants with expertise in health and social care who provide business support to social enterprises and charities. Thirty years with the public sector, with thirteen years at Director and Chief Executive level has given him an extensive specialist skill set and experience. His experience includes business support to social enterprises and charities, programme and project direction and management, health and social care integration, primary care management as well as first hand experience of healthcare commissioning, social care commissioning and community Healthcare Provider Management. In his previous role as Director of Primary Care, he lead teams responsible for commissioning a range of community based services. He was responsible for all Family Health Services (GPs, Dentists, Opticians, Pharmacists). Managing budgets of £370M and staff of over 900, he has consistently delivered service development, efficiency gains and effective financial management across the full range of community services. He was rated as demonstrating excellent competency on all dimensions in Assessment Centre Programme for NHS Directors. He has undertaken management consultancy and interim management for Local Authorities and NHS organisations in senior posts across the country, Crispin has led assignments ranging over strategy development, bid management, creating new organisations, turnaround and system transformation, managing GP contracts, commissioning services and developing business cases. He is a specialist in health and social care integration.

Dr Jan Smith

Dr Jan Smith is a Chartered Psychologist with expertise in behaviour change. Since 2004 she has worked with organisations, individuals and groups to help them achieve their goals within public, independent and charitable sectors. She also has a range of research experience, particularly in areas of evaluation and qualitative methodologies. She has been involved in behaviour change with clients/organisations for over 12 years.

Karen Ledger

Karen Ledger is a qualified therapist/counsellor and supervisor with 30 years experience, working with people from various backgrounds and circumstances. She seeks to establish effective relationships, providing sufficient safety for her clients to get to where they want and need to be.

Kipp Jones

Job Titles:

After a short stint as a freelance designer Kipp formed Wild Ilk Design Studio with Tommy Morrison. Establishing a mindset that encourages experimentation, over 7 years they have developed their own processes for solving communication problems for a wide variety of clients and continue to work on brand, web and print design projects.

Ranjit Bansal

Rita Symons

Rita Symons (BSc., MSc.), is a qualified member of the European Council for Mentoring and Coaching (EMCC). With 25 years in governance, development and financial management in health and social-care organisations, she has first hand experience operating at senior level both in and across organisations.

Tim Atkinson

Tim graduated from Birmingham City University in 2016 with a 1st. Since then he has lead administration for Redhill on a number of projects for organisations including the Community Forest Trust, ADHDS and Headway.
