RIDDER CHURCH RENEWAL

Intended for congregations committed to making deep change to reach God's preferred future, Ridder Church Renewal is an intensive, two-year process that includes leadership development for pastors and a team of six lay leaders from their church. In 2007, WTS began offering Ridder Church Renewal through the support of a leadership endowment established by former seminary President Dr. Herman Ridder and his wife, Lenora. In 2012 a grant from the Lilly Foundation expanded Ridder's reach into other parts of the U.S. and Canada. The leadership team for Ridder Church Renewal now operates remotely and includes leaders across the RCA and CRCNA... Ridder Church Renewal at WTS helps leaders develop the tools needed to confront unhealthy models that have hindered personal and congregational health.
