I started my own business as a Cake Designer and Sugar Craft Artist in May 2017 after I had made numerous cakes for friends and extended family over the years... Having enjoyed baking and sugar craft, as a hobby, I'm now able to indulge my artistic and creative flair to the full. I am a mum to one little boy who keeps me on my toes, and being a home based baker means I can plan my work around other activities, he is always keen to know if there are any ‘off cuts' for him after I have been baking and of course, he gets the most amazing birthday cakes…so he says!
