SEP Design is a young firm of architectural designers and first established in 2012, delivering small scale residential projects from a dining table in the home kitchen... We are passionate about delivering aesthetics, performance, reliability and comfort and aim to deliver sustainable, healthy and comfortable buildings that limit their environmental impact, with the objectives of achieving energy efficiency, positive impacts on health, comfort and improved liveability for you as an inhabitant... Our team will then develop and prepare detailed planning documents. We will make any relevant planning applications on your behalf and act as your agent throughout the process.
