Chance Barrow brings his dynamic personality to the real estate industry. After joining the team in 2021, he jumped right in and started working with tenants and landlords on their real estate requirements. Whether canvassing for tenants to fill landlord vacancies or helping new businesses with expansion plans, Chance is determined to find solutions for his clients. Working with people and solving their challenges comes naturally for him. His client list includes a church and a new franchisee entering the market with a national brand. A native of the Kansas City area, Chance received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Washburn University. After college, Chance joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car and advanced quickly to a management assistant position. The superior training and experience he received in that role easily transcends into the commercial real estate industry. Chance is a licensed real estate agent in both Missouri and Kansas. He specializes in landlord representation and assisting small businesses with their real estate searches. He is a member of ICSC. Kyle Wadlow

Kyle Wadlow is the newest member to the Shawver Group. A versatile talent, Kyle is an important contributor to the team, working with all associates on client projects. From targeted canvassing to in-depth research, he accepts any responsibility associated with the success of the team. Kyle grew up in Kansas City and he received his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. After college, he graduated from the Kansas City regional police academy. He holds his real estate salesperson license in Missouri and in Kansas. An avid football fan, Kyle enjoys spending time with friends and family. When he is not watching his beloved Chiefs or attending football games, he and his wife, Carly, can oftentimes be found exploring the sights and sounds of many cities. Travel is their passion. Kyle is people oriented, dedicated, and available to support individuals and businesses with their commercial real estate needs.

Parker G. Maher

Parker Maher brings his unwavering integrity and competitive drive to the Shawver Group as the senior sales associate. Since joining the firm in March 2020, Parker devotes his disciplined focus to efficiently managing client projects and building win-win relationships. His client base includes new franchisees, local businesses expanding their brands and national retailers and restaurants. Some of Parker's clients include 7 Brew, Eat The Frog, Noodles & Co and The Halal Guys. He has successfully leased real estate for national landlords such as KBP, HCI Hospitality and Hunt Midwest. Parker has been instrumental in the acquisition of land for national development companies and assists owners with investment purchases. While playing Division I Soccer at Missouri State University, Parker earned his bachelor's degree in Business. Following his strong college career, he played four years at the professional level for Sporting KC and St Louis FC. After playing professional soccer, he started his real estate career with Maxus Properties, LLC, as an assistant property manager for a large multi-family, tax-credit property. He is a member of ICSC, holds a real estate license in both Missouri and Kansas, and is in pursuit of earning his CCIM designation. Originally from Joplin, Mo., Parker resides in Kansas City with his wife, Alyssa, and their two dogs. Parker is often seen playing pickleball and enjoys many other outdoor activities.
