Miss Tarayra joined Smart as an Operations Manager in May 2014. She takes a significant role insuring an effective production of services and improving the performance of operation. Miss Tarayra has eight years of experience in projects management with local and international organizations. Throughout her career, she has developed essential managerial skills benefiting from the interaction with actors from different sectors and from the multi-tasking work environment. Miss Tarayra has a master's degree in Development Studies from the University of Manchester.

Mrs. Abu Suliman has been working in the field of marketing for more than three years. As a Marketing Manager at SMART, Abu Suliman's main responsibilities include planning and managing of marketing campaigns, and overseeing the execution of promotional campaigns for our clients.

Mr. Taher has served in many senior management positions with over 10 year work experience in the field of events management and Marketing. As a general manager at SMART, Taher is directing all departmental and staff functions, managing all client relations, and heading the planning and strategy implementation for the company. Previously, Mr. Taher worked as the Event Unit Manager at Trade Promotion Department for Palestine Trade Center- PalTrade, and as the Operations Manager for Palexpo- Wassel Group, in addition to the position of the Marketing and Communications Manager for InTajuna Project. During his career, Mr. Taher has initiated, developed and organized many new local trade fairs; and he has overseen many events and promotional campaigns, as well as executed important conferences in Palestine.
