Talking Health Taking Action was founded by Jane Cooper-Neville and Jean Thompson, MBE in 2011. The story didn't start there though, Jane and Jean have worked together for the past 20 years to support people like you increase the availability of self-management support, while also regularly indulging in their shared love of traditional London working class food... We specialise in providing support to organisations seeking to develop programmes that enable people living with long term conditions to develop self-management knowledge, confidence and skills... We work with providers across the NHS, social services, public health and within the voluntary and community sector to develop sustainable, high quality self-management programmes.
