Chetan has an experience of 30+ years, working in large organizations. He has Board level experience, as a Director on the Board of 10 Tata Companies.
He was the CEO & ED of WREPL, which is a Tata Power company. This was the renewables business of Welspun Energy that Tata Power acquired in 2016. Prior to this, he was the Chief HR Officer of Tata Power.
Before joining Tata Power, he was the Director of TMTC, Pune for over four years. Previously, he was the CEO of Tata BlueScope Steel Limited, and led the formation of the 50:50 JV between BlueScope Steel and Tata Steel, and developing its building solutions and coated steel businesses.
Prior to that, he headed the Strategy & Planning department at Tata Steel, where he led the development of Tata Steel's growth strategy, and was responsible for anchoring the strategic planning processes.
Chetan has done his B.Tech from IIT (Madras) and PG in Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC).

Gaurav is a Founding Partner of the firm and brings 19+ years of experience in the Investment Banking, Venture Capital & Private Equity advisory and Strategy Consulting industry.
Prior to his current mandate, he was heading the Investment Banking vertical of one of the largest advisory firms in India. In the past, he has had stints at Big Four consulting firms (Ernst & Young and KPMG) as well.
Gaurav is also a Member of the FICCI Young Leaders Forum, Indian Angel Network (IAN), the Institute of Directors (IoD) and a Charter member of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE).

Previously, he headed the Strategy, Planning & Venture Capital arm of the Suncorp group (Australia), an ASX-20 leading Banking, Insurance & FSI conglomerate.
