Elizabeth Fink

Elizabeth Fink focuses her career on the practice of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Guardianships, and Medicaid Planning. She has been practicing law in Chicago, IL since 2009 and has represented clients throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University and spent a semester of study at Justus-Liebig-Universität in Giessen, Germany. She received her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in May 2009. Elizabeth was the 2020 President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Illinois Chapter and she is a current board member. Elizabeth is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, participating in the Elder Law Committee and Probate Practice Committee, and is a former mentor with the Chicago Bar Association lawyer-to-lawyer and group mentoring programs in Probate and Estates. Elizabeth is a member of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) Elder Law Short Course planning committee and the Women's Bar Association of Illinois. Mollie Whitehead

Mollie Whitehead has been practicing law in Chicago, Illinois since 2007. She focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, Guardianships and Medicaid Planning and Applications. Mollie has represented clients in Cook County Circuit Court as well as Lake County, Kane County, and DuPage County. Mollie is a regular speaker for continuing legal education courses on estate planning, Medicaid planning and estates & trusts. Mollie is a member of the Probate Practice Committee, Elder Law Committee, and Trust Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. She was a chair of the Serving Our Seniors committee of the CBA from 2016-2018. Mollie is a co-chair of the Women's Innovative Networking group. She volunteers with the Center for Disability and Elder Law to create Powers of Attorney for low income seniors and she has been a volunteer with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services since 2009. Mollie earned her B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University and graduated magnum cum laude and with honors. She earned her Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. where she was a Dean's Fellow.
