Chris has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in agency proceedings and appeals. His practice includes complex business and construction disputes, labor and employment disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and shareholder actions, first- and third-party insurance coverage claims, class action and mass tort defense, product liability, corporate compliance audits, civil forfeiture litigation, and creditor representation in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Robert C. Corrente

Bob has over 35 years of trial experience in business litigation in both federal and state courts. He served from 2004 to 2009 as the United States Attorney for the District of Rhode Island, the office responsible for prosecuting all federal criminal and civil cases in the State. He has tried over 50 cases to verdict, as well as many arbitrations. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases, including antitrust litigation, real estate and contract disputes, intra-corporate and partnership disputes, business valuation, accounting malpractice, fiduciary duty claims, trust and estate disputes, receivership, environmental, securities fraud and Section 10b-5, civil RICO, legal malpractice defense, medical malpractice, and premises liability. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Sara clerked at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Thereafter, she served as a federal public defender in California for five years before returning to Rhode Island. From 2003 to 2008, Sara served as Senior Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Providence, where she also served as Chief Legal Counsel to the Providence School Board. Sara provides advice to public and private clients in the areas of labor and employment and education law. She litigates regularly in federal and state court; before arbitrators in grievance and interest arbitrations; and before administrative bodies, including the Rhode Island Department of Education and the Board of Education. He keeps up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in state and federal law and has read every published decision from the Rhode Island and United States Supreme Courts from October 2012 to the present. Tim is an excellent researcher, writer and drafter, and persuasively applies the facts to the law both in written and oral form. He researches a wide array of issues arising in civil and criminal litigation, and monitors legal developments in state and federal courts. Tim has significant expertise in criminal reentry issues, and assisted in the creation and ongoing support of H.O.P.E. Court, the first federal reentry court in Rhode Island. During law school, Tim earned Senior Research Honors for legal writing and research, and was awarded the Arlyn Miner Book Award for excellence in legal writing. He also assisted the plaintiff's case in Munaf v. Geren, 553 U.S. 674 (2008), a case argued before the United States Supreme Court, while the case was pending before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. Tim's practice includes appellate litigation, labor and employment, business litigation, and education law.
