We are members of the FMB, Federation of Master Builders. Carry all risk insurance and public liability... Both directors will manage the projects personally, work on site and oversee the work from the beginning to completion. We are able to give you details of local architects and surveyors who will also apply for planning and/or building control if necessary... We are a family run business estabilshed since 1970 and offer a comprehensive range of services. We are based in Formby and cover the surrounding areas.The company was started by DJ&J Wignall now on the second generation James Wignall and Mark Wignall both timeserved tradesmen, joiner and bricklayer respectivley. Also employees are fully timeserved tradesmen. All subcontractors carry all necessary certificates again timeserved.
