Since I was a kid growing up in South Africa, the "American Dream" was in my heart. For me, the pursuit of the American Dream has included good old fashioned hard work, dedication and a lot of determination. Making it in the construction industry is not any different - work hard, do it well and put your all into it. Today, the pursuit of this dream is fueled by my kids. I know they're watching and learning, so I strive everyday to lead by example and do the right thing.
