YOOJUNG AHN

I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the College of Business, City University of Hong Kong. My research interests lie broadly at the intersection of sustainability, strategy, and organizational theory... I incorporate a socio-cognitive view of strategy combined with institutional theory and behavioral theory to better understand firms' strategic actions, such as pursuing sustainability. In particular, I am interested in understanding sustainability from a multilevel perspective, incorporating individual, firm, and industry levels.
