Diane has enjoyed working in property for many years. She lives locally in the Meads area and takes great pleasure in walking the South Downs and seafront. Her favourite pastime is having fun with her grandchildren and she also enjoys a spot of sea swimming.

Matthew Thompson

Matt has worked as an estate agent in Eastbourne for over 15 years now and therefore he too has a wealth of experience. He worked alongside Steve for many years (where he was the top salesperson!) before they were fortunate enough to be able to start Home Sweet Home together in the summer of 2004. This was later followed by the successful launch of Home Sweet Home Lettings in 2006. Matt's qualities are his ability to listen and take the time to understand people's needs. In addition to viewings and valuations Matt takes care of the majority of property maintenance issues and internal accounting. Matt lives locally and is proud father to his son, who is currently signed to the youth department of a major Premiership Football club! Outside of work most of Matt's time is spent watching his son play football and walking his dog Leo.

Nicola Pollitt

Nicola joined Home Sweet Home in October 2020 having spent the previous 15 years being a full time mum to her two boys. Nicola brings a very friendly and helpful personality to Home Sweet Home...our customers immediately like her! Outside of the office, Nicola enjoys watching her eldest son play football and her youngest son go-karting. She loves going to the gym doing spin classes and blaze. She also enjoys socialising, eating out and spending quality time with her family.

Paul Healy

Paul has worked in Financial Services since 1991, his background being industrial branch insurance (man from the Pru) moving into the banking and financial planning sector with Abbey National Estate Agents in 1994. Paul established Cavendish Financial Solutions in 1997 and is now one of the longest established Mortgage Broker and Financial Advisor firms locally. Cavendish is directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Paul provides fully independent whole of the market mortgage advice which is available to the general public as well as Home Sweet Home customers. Paul has a reputation of providing outstanding customer service and advice. Paul lives locally and enjoys football, live music, eating out and spending time with his family.

Stacey Snook

Stacey joined Home Sweet Home in 2021 and brings a wealth of office administration experience with her. She lives locally and is kept busy by her two teenage daughters. Stacey enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and walking her two bulldogs. She also enjoys the odd gin...or 2!

Stephen Davies

Steve has worked as an estate agent in Eastbourne for over 20 years now. He has a wealth of experience, having helped thousands of people successfully buy and sell their home. He is still as enthusiastic and passionate about estate agency today, as he was when he first started. Steve carefully learnt the art of how to be a good estate agent by working at a local independent firm both at their Eastbourne and Polegate offices before being one of the founders of Home Sweet Home in the summer of 2004. Steve's qualities are his honesty and his genuinely friendly, professional and helpful manner together with his ability to accurately value property and prepare property particulars to the highest standards, often exceeding vendor's own expectations. Steve lives locally and is married and proud father to his four children. His hobbies include music, tennis and home cinema.
