Andrew joined CPS in May 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Andrew has held senior finance positions at Mitie Group plc, Serco Group plc and British Airways, in both divisional and group leadership roles. Earlier in his career, Andrew has lived and worked in Russia and America after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London.

Barrie joined CPS in November 2019. An Electrical and Electronics Engineer by background, Barrie has many years of experience across a number of international markets where he has worked for blue chip companies including Exxon, Mars, Smiths, and Invensys. Latterly, he has also accumulated significant experience of working with Private Equity owners. Much of Barries's recent history has been in building stakeholder relationships, leading major projects and successfully developing and implementing growth strategies.

Chris was appointed Chairman of CPS when it was bought by Privet Capital LLP in 2016.
Chris has extensive sector experience in running businesses in defence, transport, government outsourcing, education, healthcare and science. He was the Group CEO of Serco, a FTSE 100 business, with £5bn annual turnover in 40 countries and 130,000 staff, with a 20 year compound growth in turnover and profit over 15%. Chris also has a long experience of bidding for and buying loss making/under-performing businesses and with excellent record of turning them around to long term profitability.
In addition, Chris was awarded a CBE by the Queen in 2010 and is an Ambassador for the Prince of Wales, having chaired his charity, IKD, of which he now sits on the International Board.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant, trained and qualified with Arthur Andersen and studied at Durban Howard College and Harvard Business School.

Dara has worked with CPS since 1990, first as manager of the Irish business, then as European Service Director then Global Service Director. Dara currently holds the position of Technical Services Director and is responsible for the global infrastructure, standardisation and knowledge support required for service delivery to our customers.
Dara has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the cash processing industry, and as a former regional manager for De La Rue Currency he also brings an in-depth knowledge of banknotes and the total cash cycle. Originally qualifying in Electronic Engineering and later obtaining a Masters in Business Administration, Dara's focus is on driving operational performance in field service, motivating and developing our service teams, delivering critical value to our client base and developing innovative service solutions, including some of the largest support contracts for CPS across the globe.

Darren is responsible for the Americas region. Darren joined CPS in February 2015 in the role of Operations & Supply Chain Director. In this role, he was responsible for the full operations and supply chain process for all CPS products.
Darren has more than 15 years experience in manufacturing and held senior positions in global sourcing, supply chain, program management and operations management. Prior to joining CPS he was Program and Supply Chain Director at Analogic, a medical and security products manufacturer, where he managed the transfer and localisation of medical equipment production lines from the United States to a purpose built facility in China. Darren has also held roles in the automotive and industrial sectors where he established international purchasing offices in China and India.

Deon Fuhri is Managing Director, Middle East and Africa based in South Africa. Deon brings a wealth of international and Board level experience in construction and manufacturing as well as cash processing and CIT. He is a transformational and entrepreneurial leader and has recently been focused on a strategic transformation and restructuring project as the CEO of Kwikspace Modular Buildings based in Johannesburg. Deon has lived in the Middle East and therefore has an excellent understanding of the different type of cultures in his region.

Graham joined CPS in July 2021 and brings extensive international human resource management and organisation development expertise to our teams.
His career has taken him to many places around the world, living and working in Greece, West Africa and Singapore. Before joining CPS, Graham held senior HR & OD roles with Plan International, The British Council, Intels Oil & Gas Logistics, UK Government, BOC/Linde Engineering and the Tui Travel Group Plc.
Graham holds professional qualifications and memberships of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Chartered Management Institute and the British Psychological Society (Division of Occupational Psychology).

Jamie is responsible for managing and driving forward our software solutions business, which includes our market-leading cash supply chain platform ECM™ - the most widely used cash management platform in the world. Jamie has a huge wealth of experience in the industry, working with over 100 central banks and commercial cash processing organisations across the globe.
Jamie joined CPS in 1995 and has held various positions within our software business during that time. Most recently Jamie was Head of Professional Services at CPS, where he led a team of specialist business & software consultants who work in partnership with central banks and commercial processors across the world to deliver to transformational solutions that bring positive impacts on the cash cycle, and processing operations.

Keith has been appointed the Marketing and Product Management Director in May 2020, having spent the previous 3 years as FRB Program Director where he oversaw the development of new innovative hardware and software solutions for the US Federal Reserve Bank. In this new role Keith will be responsible for all CPS Marketing activities as well as the long term product roadmap for the business.
He has been with Cash Processing Solutions for over 12 years fulfilling a number of roles in Product Management, Marketing, Technical Sales and Commercial Management. During his time with CPS he has gained a broad experience and knowledge of the complete cash cycle as well as the inner workings of cash processing environments.
Previous to joining CPS, Keith worked for 10 years in the electronics industry, where he was responsible for Product Management and Marketing of Solutions involving major manufacturers like Samsung, Philips, and Motorola.

Having spent much of his career working in cash processing operations, Shawn has an in depth understanding of the processes involved in managing cash as well as the priorities and challenges faced by Central Banks, Commercial banks and CITs. Shawn started his career working for a commercial bank in its cash processing centre in South Africa. He then worked for a CIT company that began cash processing operations in the early 90's. During the 17 years with this company Shawn managed various operations as well as projects from implementing cash processing software to re-engineering the cash processes. Shawn then moved to CPS where he spent ten years managing the Africa region until recently where he is now responsible for the Asia and Pacific regions.

Shay joined Cash Processing Solutions in 2012 and has served in a variety of sales roles across Europe and the Americas. With over 29 years' experience in banking technologies, including the cash & cheques processing industry, he is responsible for Sales and Service in Europe and CIS. Shay previously served in a variety of senior positions in the Israeli telecom industry including Managing Director of Solo Communication and COO for Dai Telecom in which he introduced and implemented innovative service and logistics methodologies. Prior to this, in 1999 Shay became CEO of Banktec Ltd, a leading banking solutions provider in Israel, a company he acquired in 2004 and led for over 6 years to become the market leader in cash management and processing solutions.
