Experienced building surveyor in Guildford Adam Ford MRICS provides detailed survey reports throughout Guildford and the surrounding area. Jade joined the firm in April 2013 after attaining a Law Degree at King's College London in 2010 and travelling through Mexico, Asia and Australia in the intervening period.

Nicholas Chinn FRICS is a highly experienced chartered building surveyor who holds the highest RICS ranking (FRICS). He provides detailed survey reports throughout the areas of Hertfordshire and North London. He has has surveyed thousands of different types of property. He has extensive knowledge of properties in the areas he has surveyed.
Nick was employed as a quantity surveyor in both the public and private sectors of the profession before becoming a project manager with a residential developer in 1986. He has practised on his own account since 1989 and has been particularly involved in project management, the resolution of disputes, party wall matters and more recently the new home condition report.

Nick Bragg is an Angel Investor and passionate about SAM Conveyancing. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross (now Deloittes) in London. A graduate of the City University in London with a BSc degree, Nick has been a senior Commercial and Financial Executive at Vodafone for the last 14 years, and before that held management positions at Abbott Laboratories, Black & Decker and Hertz.
In the 90s he was Finance Director of a start-up business and is now passionate that SAM Conveyancing has the foundations to fulfil its potential. His skills complement those of Andrew and Claudine Boast, and together they want SAM Conveyancing to be the consumers' preferred site for residential conveyancing and surveying services.
