Dawn Cannon

Dawn joined Virtual Administration in September 2021, Dawn has over 30 years of administration experience across many sectors and has gained key experience in managing operations as well as assisting executives within their roles. Dawn loves walking along the cliffs and beaches of Kent with her dogs. She also enjoys photography and cooking and when she has the time, escapes to her ‘shed' to work on her silversmithing skills.

Dawn Daws

Dawn joined the team in 2024 bringing 25 years of experience in business administration from a variety of industries. Dawn is mum to two boys and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, long dog walks and West End theatre trips.

Denise Shaw

Denise has been working with Virtual Administration since early 2010 and specialises in website content management, internet research and proof reading. Her previous experience has mainly been in the publishing industry. When she isn't wrestling spreadsheets or hunting down typos she can often be found crocheting or knitting.

Haseena Bhapotra

Haseena brings with her over 5 years' experience of business management in the education sector, leading aspects surrounding finance, admin and HR. Haseena is always looking for new ways to innovate systems and enjoys taking on new challenges. In her free time Haseena enjoys an active lifestyle, spending a vast majority of her time outdoors and in nature.

Helen Mumby

Helen joined the VA team in November 2021. From a varied background of science, therapy, accounts and business, Helen has been a VA for over 9 years. She loves to lend a hand and particularly enjoys research, problem solving and organisation. Helen has a keen interest in current affairs and the environment. She enjoys travelling, being outdoors, the arts, theatre and festivals. Otherwise, you'll find her quite content at home with her family and two cats.

Jamie Macleod

Jamie joined Virtual Administration in April 2010 bringing his technology expertise, diplomatic approach and problem solving skills along with his enjoyment of long term business development and strategy building. Jamie's background is in sound engineering and creating original music, producing podcasts and recording live speaking events for the chambers of commerce and working on BBC dramas and short films. Turning books into audio is a specialist area, which Jamie enjoys offering to clients who have written books and want to sell audio versions on Amazon. Jamie's passion is music and guitars and the wish to live in Canada and the USA expanding the business overseas.

Julie Thomas

Julie joined the team in March 2020. She brings her extensive experience working as a PA/EA and VA for global blue-chip IT companies, with the past 20 years working in public, private, financial and health sectors. When not working, Julie likes spending time with her family and taking walks in the surrounding countryside where she lives. Julie also likes cooking for friends and family and has a keen interest in motorsports.

Kirsty Joynes

Kirsty joined the team in February 2015. She brings with her over five years administrative experience gained in the third sector in areas including project management, budget management, event organisation, payments and minute taking, she particularly enjoys tackling financial administrative tasks. In her spare time Kirsty likes growing her own food and playing badminton.

Laura Jackson

Laura joined the team in 2024, bringing over 25 years of administrative experience including working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Laura takes pride in being highly organised, efficient and has a keen eye for detail. Laura is a mother of two and in her spare time enjoys walking the family dog, riding her horse and spending time with her friends.

Louisa Goldsmith

Louisa joined Virtual Administration in February 2023, bringing over 22 years in business administration and management. In her spare time Louisa loves playing netball, running, supporting her children in various sports and recreational activities and love taking their dog on long walks and seeing friends.

Maria Worby

Maria joined Virtual Administration in December 2021 bringing over 25 years experience in business administration from a variety of industries and roles. In September 2023 Maria was promoted to Manager to oversee the team, current clients, deal with new enquiries and recruit new VA team members . In her free time, Maria enjoys swimming, computer games, theatre trips but mostly curling up on the sofa with her husband and cats watching a good TV show or film.

Maxine Brown

Maxine joined the team in January 2019 bringing over 20 years administration experience gained from a variety of settings. Maxine has over three years of experience working for a Case Management company in the North East, where she specialised in Qunote, HR and GDPR compliance. When Maxine's not sat at her computer she can be found riding her horse or walking her dogs.

Tracey Clarke

Tracey founded Virtual Administration in 2006, growing a team of Virtual PAs providing professional secretarial and personal assistance services to independent therapists, brain injury case managers and other small businesses. Tracey brings 25 years' experience with a strong background in local government administration, health and business administration. This has allowed her to diversify the service offering, providing the GDPR Data Protection Compliancy Plan, support with CQC registration and getting inspection ready, along with Tender Writing services for domiciliary care companies. Tracey thrives on developing the business, with a passion for AI. Her dream is to live in Ontario, Canada with Virtual Administration based here in the UK, to have her own small holding with goats, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats.

Tracy Fullaway

Tracy joined the VA team in 2024, bringing over 20 years of business administration experience. Tracy is logically minded, with a methodical approach to working and an eagerness to learn and develop more practical skills. Tracy is a mother of two children currently at university and enjoys a balance of work and home life. In her spare time Tracy reads, cooks and enjoys spending time with her husband enjoying the "empty nest" feeling.
