Jenna leads a team that creates clear, accessible, and company-branded communications in multiple formats, ensuring employees understand the rationale behind their pay and helping clients achieve true pay transparency.
Juan has worked for over 15 years in consulting and corporate roles advising Boards, executives and HR leaders to drive engagement through effective reward and a valued employee experience.
He brings a business-focused approach to people issues as a result of broader experience leading start-ups and an MBA degree.
Lauren has worked in HR for over 7 years in a range of roles across recruitment, HR generalism and reward, in several different sectors including manufacturing and financial services.
She is CIPD qualified and has experience in job evaluation and benchmarking, ethnicity pay gap reporting and analysis of large data sets.
Mark is a highly knowledgeable and recognised expert in the fields of IT management, data compliance, cybersecurity and intelligence.
He brings an abundance of expertise to the team, offering guidance on all technological aspects to ensure we provide the most secure service to our clients.
Philippa has over 15 years' proven ability in developing and implementing tangible outcomes for organisations across private, public, and third sectors.
She has HR generalist and reward experience and brings a fresh, holistic view to reward management. She is also CIPD certified.
Rameez has worked in reward for 20 years, both in-house and as a consultant. He has a wealth of experience in job architecture design, bonus/sales incentives, pay structures, and equal pay.
