Amy joined Questa Chartered in April 2013 after four years of working within the financial sector, based in Preston.
She studied an NVQ in Financial Services Administration at Preston College. Amy has a young daughter and lives locally.

Andy Dabrowski will be a familiar face to many on the Fylde. He joined Questa in May 2013 from Lloyds TSB where he was a Financial Planning Manager. He spent 39 years working in the banking sector - many years spent at the Blackpool branch of Lloyds TSB on Birley Street. He is now working with Questa Chartered's clients and businesses as a Business Development Consultant.

Anthony has worked in the financial services sector since the late 1980s and has a depth of knowledge in all areas of financial planning. Anthony's main focus is assisting clients in protecting and increasing their wealth and he has a particular interest in wealth preservation for future generations, also known as inheritance tax planning. Anthony was one of the founders of the business back in 2007.
Anthony is an active member of the local community, maintaining close links with local sports clubs Fylde RFC, Lytham Cricket Club, YMCA and AKS School. He is also a keen supporter of various local charities. Anthony is married with children and can be seen supporting them at various different venues across the Fylde Coast and beyond, whether that be at a musical concert or a sports event!
Anthony Hoskisson was one of the founders of Questa Financial Services Ltd - the Questa Chartered trading style was adopted some time later. Along with Andrew Davidson, Anthony set up the practice in February 2007.
Catherine has 21 years' experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked as a financial adviser for Santander in the local area. Catherine advises clients on most aspects of financial planning including pensions, investments, and protection. She lives with her partner, Stephen in Lytham and has 2 daughters. Catherine has a degree in classical music and enjoys regular trips to Andalucia in rural Spain.
Dave advises clients on a broad range of financial services with specialist expertise in pensions and investments. He has a dedicated client base of small businesses and private individuals and has worked extensively within the financial sector for over 25 years.
Dave is married to Belinda and they have 5 grown up children between them; he is very involved with his local squash club (SSC&SC).

Dina has worked across many areas of the financial sector with specialist areas of expertise in pensions and trusts. Originally from New Zealand where she was a Senior Actuarial Analyst, she has spent more than 25 years in the UK supporting and providing specialist technical knowledge within the financial sector. Dina is also part of Questa Chartered's Management Team and is married with two children.
Gareth specialises in advising clients on pensions and investments. Working predominantly with clients close to and in retirement, he helps individuals plan for the future.
Gareth is married with two grown up children.
Gary has over 30 years' experience of working in the financial services industry and has been advising clients for nearly 15 years.
He advises clients on a wide range of areas specialising in pensions, both personal and workplace based, savings, mortgages, and protection.
He is married with two daughters and enjoys sport and travel.
Gus advises clients on most aspects of financial planning including pensions, investments and mortgages. He joined the company after spending more than 18 years working in various branches of the TSB and is well known locally.
Gus is married and has two young children. He is a lifetime member of Fleetwood Golf Club where he has played since he was a boy.
Janet joined Questa Chartered in November 2013 and has held various roles within the financial services sector since 1990. She is a qualified Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).
Janet lives in the Ribble Valley and is married with two young children.

Lily is a former AKS sixth-form student. After leaving school Lily then went on to a customer service role in the heating industry. After 18 months, she knew that customer service would play a big part in her future career.
In March 2021, Lily took the opportunity to join Questa, where she took on a client support role. She has continued to grow her client support role in both financial advice and mortgages.
In 2024, Lily completed her Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP). CeMAP. Lily is excited to help clients with their mortgage needs and requirements moving forward.
Michaela joined Questa in March 2018 and has over 20 years' experience in financial services, where she worked for Santander in the local area and across Lancashire. She has a Diploma CII in Regulated Financial Planning and has provided financial advice for over 11 years.
Michaela had a brief career change when she worked as an Area Lettings Manager for a local estate agent, but we are glad to say she has recently returned to the financial services industry and joined our team.
Outside of work, Michaela likes walking, live music and spending time with her two girls whom she lives with in Wrea Green.
Molly graduated with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Leeds in 2020 before joining Questa in September of the same year. Throughout her studies, Molly took a particular interest in her financial modules.
Whilst a student, Molly worked in her family's jewellers for almost ten years. This retail environment inspired her love of working with clients. A financial advice and wealth management career allows her to blend her two work passions.
Molly was awarded her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in June 2023. She is now working toward Chartered Financial Planner status.
Outside work, Molly enjoys spending time with her family and friends between occasional nostalgic trips back to Leeds.
Oli Billington joined Questa in 2024. The former Kirkham Grammar School pupil graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University in 2022. He passed his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning last year and is now working towards achieving Chartered Financial Planner status.
Pip has considerable experience in all areas of financial services administration. Pip has worked within the financial services industry for over 12 years.

Richard joined Questa Chartered in 2008 and is heavily involved in the research and analysis of the financial sector. Richard achieved his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in 2021. Richard continues his role as a Senior Paraplanner with Questa Chartered. However, he is also a Financial Planner of Questa's sister company, Questa Wealth & Financial Planning Limited.
Richard has two sons and plays cricket for Lytham Cricket Club 1 st XI.

Stuart is a Chartered Financial Planner who covers the full spectrum of personal finance. Stuart is also a Certified Financial Planner and an affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Stuart was born in Lytham and graduated from university in 1997, having spent time in France.
Stuart started advising in 2010 and helps high net worth individuals identify, achieve and maintain their desired lifestyle requirements.
Stuart is married with 3 children. In his spare time, he serves on the board at YMCA and enjoys football and golf.
Susanne is the lead Mortgage and Protection Consultant at Questa Chartered, dealing with income protection, buy to let, remortgaging, equity release alongside life and critical illness cover.
She joined Questa in 2007 after more than 25 years in the banking sector.
Susanne is married with two children and a dog! She enjoys watching Fylde Rugby where her youngest son is in the first team squad and supporting her husband and eldest son who are currently training for the Ironman Roth Challenge. Sue is a member of Wrea Green and Lytham Tennis Club and enjoys walking the family Springer Spaniel, Bobby.
Tom Reardon joined Questa from Atos in 2024, where he was a complaints officer. The former Lytham High School pupil is progressing towards his Regulated Financial Planning Diploma. He is continuing on his career learning journey, having already successfully completed his Financial Protection accreditation.
