Adam Bowery

Job Titles:
  • Military Project Lead
Adam joined in 2021 to oversee Rubb's military sector. Adam works with strategic partners and suppliers to fulfil the MoD's single source contract requirements, which was renewed in 2022 for a further four years.

Andy Knox

Job Titles:
  • Sales Manager
Managing the sales team, Andy helps coordinate Rubb's projects from start to finish while also handling Rubb UK's single source contract with the MoD. Andy joined the company in 2001 as an apprentice detail draughtsman and has moved throughout several departments at Rubb, amassing a wealth of industry experience.

Graham Rutland

Job Titles:
  • Design Office Manager
Graham is responsible for making sure all sales and marketing drawings, as well as steel and PVC production drawings are issued on time and to Rubb's high standard. Graham joined Rubb in 2000 as a design engineer, and has progressed through the department to Design Office Manager in 2018.

Henry Robinson-Moore

Job Titles:
  • Service & Maintenance Manager
Henry specialises in two areas at Rubb UK: the maintenance of Rubb's existing stock, and the servicing of these buildings with the Rubb Service Plan. In addition to this, Henry also handles the sales of Rubb's compact THA shelters.

Ian Hindmoor - Managing Director

Job Titles:
  • Managing Director
Ian took the helm at Rubb Buildings Ltd in 2011 after scaling the ranks from Trainee Design Draughtsman to General Manager in just 12 years. He became Managing Director in 2013.

Ryan Clarke

Job Titles:
  • Sales Executive
Ryan specialises in Rubb's top-flight aviation sector. Since joining in 2018, Ryan has overseen many exciting projects in the aviation sector-most recently delivering an MRO hangar for the Welsh Government.

Stephen Jackson

Job Titles:
  • Quality / Health & Safety Manager
Stephen is responsible for the day-to-day running of the health and safety, quality, and environmental management systems throughout Rubb's design, manufacturing, and erection processes. He joined Rubb in 1990 as an apprentice draughtsman, and his role has evolved ever since. The development of the EFASS range remains one of Stephen's Rubb highlights to this day.

Stephnie Coyle

Job Titles:
  • Sales Executive
Stephnie Coyle specialises in the Rubb's port, warehouse, and sport sectors. Stephnie works closely with clients from the early stages of enquiry to create their ideal project. The results of this can be seen in the fantastic Alan Higgs Centre, one of Stephnie's highlights since joining Rubb in 2016.
