Ann had been working as an auditor and group accountant in an SGX-listed company before spending most of her career in small and medium firms gaining varied experience in administration, human resource, payroll, finance and tax across various industries as finance manager and company secretary.
Her career focus has shifted to that of corporate finance work in recent years, and includes valuation of companies, financial projections, due diligence and advisory. Of the various projects she was involved in, one of it was as the liquidator of a high-profile international firm.
Ann is a Fellow member of the ACCA, CA Singapore, Accredited Tax Practitioner, Certified Internal Auditor and Chartered Secretary.
She is currently in charge of corporate compliance, corporate finance and Merger and Acquisition in AG.
Dax previously worked with one of the "big 4" international audit firms for more than 10 years before joining us as audit partner.
He is a Public Accountant registered with ACRA, Chartered Accountant Singapore, ASEAN CPA and Internal Auditor.
John is the founder of AG Singapore with more than 10 years of accounting and audit experience in various industries. He previously worked with a top accounting group listed in SGX.
John is a Public Accountant registered with ACRA, CA Singapore, member of ACCA, Accredited Tax Practitioner, ASEAN CPA.
Josephine is an Accredited Tax Advisor and also the member of SME Tax Committee.
She has more than 25 years of tax experience from local top 10 accounting firms.
Her expertise includes complex tax advisory, international tax treaty and transfer pricing.
Lok Kean Seng has over 10 years of experience in audit and financial consulting services, serving 5 years as a Senior Manager with an international Top 20 audit firm, providing audit and financial consulting services to a broad range of clients in finance, technology, manufacturing, trading, construction, engineering and non-profit organisations industries.
He is currently in charge of audit division of AG.

Yap Siang Keng has more than 10 years of working experience in MNCs and SMEs. He served as an Accounts Manager in a local accounting firm involved in tax planning, accounting and payroll services. He also assisted in a liquidation case for an international firm.
He continued his career in local boutique Corporate Finance Firm doing valuation and investment report for both investor and investee.
He also worked as Assistant Manager in a local listed company assisting the CFO and Director in acquiring new investment and business opportunity.
Currently, Yap is spearheading the business development activities for AG and is also responsible for quality control and client management.
