Kathryn Bordonaro has over 30 years experience in commercial finance, and has been a commercial finance broker for over 20 years.
In 2014, Kathryn was named as the Small Business Champion of Australia by COSBOA (Council of Small Business Organisations of Australia). This award was given to represent the many hours of volunteer work that Kathryn has provided on behalf of the small business community - particularly focusing on Access to credit for Small Business.
In 2017, Kathryn was awarded the title of ‘Association Leader of the Year' at the Women in Finance Awards. This was in recognition of her service as vice president of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association (CAFBA).
Kathryn has walked the corridors of parliament house in Canberra many times over and has contributed to shaping legislation. Regularly quoted in the media, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age newspaper in March 2016 named Kathryn as one of the nine most influential female entrepreneurs in Australia. In this article she named her clients as being her biggest source of inspiration in every challenge she takes on.
When not busy chasing down the best deals for her customers, Kathryn can be found working in her garden - which she hopes one day will be worthy enough to be part of the Garden Open day scheme. A life member of CAFBA, signatory to the Banking & Finance Oath and holder of Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Kathryn is married to Paul, and is the proud mum of Taylah and Matthew.

Michelle commenced her career at Allbiz in 2017. Michelle is very experienced in administration and business marketing, and most importantly she knows the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. Our customers often comment on her warm personality and "can do" attitude.
Michelle is one of our customer service, administration and settlements gurus. She is a part of the behind the scenes operations of the office which involves liaising with customers, lenders, suppliers, insurance brokers and accountants. Michelle also works closely with our finance brokers, liaising directly with lenders to ensure our clients reach their business finance goals.
Michelle is a member of CAFBA, signatory to the Banking & Finance Oath and holds her Certificate IV in Financial Services and Diploma of Financial Services. Michelle was born and raised in Drouin, she has a strong connection to the local area and is grateful to have the opportunity to work in such a beautiful location. Michelle is married to Grant and is the proud fur-mum of Samson and Millie.

Nick commenced his career as a Commercial Finance Broker in 2002, is a founding member of Allbiz Finance Brokers and takes great pride in the success stories that he has contributed to when his clients grow their businesses.
Nick is known in the industry for his "never give up" approach in securing finance approvals and great interest rates for his customers. A commitment to his client base has seen Nick build strong knowledge in the transport, construction, earthmoving and food service industries - and he is always looking to learn more about the diverse businesses that seek him out. Taking great pride in delivering exceptional customer service sees Nick very rarely working "normal" hours.
Nick is a member of both CAFBA & MFAA, is a signatory to the Banking & Finance Oath and holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. Nick is married to Kate, and his two young daughters, Isabella and Ava, keep him very busy.
In his downtime, Nick is passionate about all things sport - From local level to professional level, he enjoys getting into the stands as a spectator to cheer on his favourite teams.
Taylah joined the Allbiz team in 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Taylah made the decision to leave her job and life in England and move back to Australia to start a career change. She has now become an integral part of our team.
Taylah is very experienced in administration and marketing, as well as having a background in the arts and entertainment. She has worked for companies such as Walt Disney World and Warner Bros. Studios - so she certainly knows the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. Taylah is known as our administration and settlements whizz!
Taylah was born and raised in Gippsland, and loves being part of the local community. She loves travelling the world and has many fond memories of living and working abroad in the USA and the UK. Outside of work, you'll often find Taylah cooking up a storm with her partner Fraser, a talented local chef. Taylah is a member of CAFBA, signatory to the Banking & Finance Oath and holds her Certificate IV in Financial Services.
