Birchard shall provide a legal perspective on business matters to the company; Advise the organization on entering the business contracts and its relevant obligations, while ensuring board members and company staff understand the repercussions of violating the laws. Reviewing various documents such contracts, property transfer or payments papers per the company's requirements. Advises ALSENIOR on taking legal action against the offending parties in case of violation of contracts; provide guidance on health care related labor laws, business or trade laws, equal employment opportunity acts etc.; Assist the senior staff when studying the contracts strictly to understand the legal obligations and terms of contract; represent the organization while formulating the rules and laws of transacting businesses; guide senior management in efforts for legal settlements in case of breach of contracts and update the organization on changes in laws and help the organization make relevant changes to their work profile. Birchard also advises company owners with evaluating pending legislation; Surveys legislation's impact on the organization and develops the organization's response to legislation; Work with other board members to builds relationships with federal, state and local authorities, regulatory agency heads and key policymakers; Guide the company with government affairs strategies; Enhances the organization's image among authorities; The POC for all lobbyists and legal matters. His role may also include working with staff, other board members, and other organizations to obtain media coverage and develop effective public awareness campaigns.

Carnetta Hill-Johnson - CHRO

Carnetta is responsible for the day to day functioning of the organization and assists the president interfacing between the board of directors and the managers or the departmental heads in the organization. She will keep the ship moving and directly manage all the managers on a daily basis. Carnetta is responsible for managing the daily details of charting out the road map to reach company goals, and look at cost-cutting measures and the utilization of resources optimally and in the best possible manner. She will help ensure that the company works smoothly in its pursuit of achieving the goals that have been communicated to it. Her role as Acting-President is to ensure that there is a smooth functioning of all the roles such as human resources, infrastructure and equipment to be able to generate the profits expected of them. As HR Director, Carnetta is responsible for the overall company operations, policies and procedures, and manages and directs the recruiting of building trades and engineering support groups. Carnetta manages and directs company functions including operating budgets, staffing, wage reviews, work assignments, and performance evaluations. Esmond P. Mendez

This is a senior management position that is responsible for managing the functions and/or duties of all ‘Site Managers' and ‘Facilities Specialists' regarding facilities service matters. Work with architects, engineers, designers, etc. assisting with specific project plans that implement marketing plans, such as estimating costs, time schedules, resource allocation, construction schedules; assists with the analysis that results from marketing initiatives, campaigns; shares findings with management, team members and stakeholders; recommends actions based on findings; and may provide direction to other site managers.​ During the construction phase, Esmond is responsible for overseeing the contractors performing the actual building and close-out of ALSENIOR's development projects. He is also responsible for all facilities planning and maintenance services after the final acceptance and close-out activities; and will assists senior management with ensuring that the company is profitable, look at cost-cutting measures and the utilization of resources optimally, looking after initiatives, innovations, performance and of course the strategies that help the company achieve short- and long-term goals. Esmond provide administrative assistance in negotiating contracts and change orders as required; review all final estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to formal quotation; and ensures compliance to financial policies and procedures.

Marci Turner

Marci provides management oversight and technical support to engineering associates and affiliate contractors to ensure that the most advanced, efficient, and cost-effective methods are utilized during the development, design, and construction phases of projects, while meeting the company's quality standards. Marci also provides technical assistance in negotiating contracts, change orders, and the like as required; and review all final estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to formal quotation, and ensures compliance to ALSENIOR's financial policies and procedures. Marci is the ‘Point of Contact' for the pre-construction phases (development phase) of ALSENIOR's development projects by assisting senior management with ensuring that the company is profitable, look at cost-cutting measures and the utilization of resources optimally. Malika, also provide administrative assistance in negotiating contracts and change orders as required; review all final estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to formal quotation; and ensures compliance to financial policies and procedures.
