ANCHORAGE ESTATE PLANNING AND PROBATE SERVICES - Key Persons

Bradley R. Quisenberry

Job Titles:
  • Attorney at Law
I grew up in a small community in central Illinois. I attended college at both Illinois Central College and Western Illinois University. I met my wife (Kelly) while both of us were attending Western Illinois University. After college, I worked as a police officer in Illinois for four and a half years before deciding to attend law school. I obtained the degree of Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law - graduating with honors. I then went back to school for an additional year and obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from the Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning at the University of Miami School of Law, which is a two-semester long program focused solely on taxation and estate planning. I moved to Alaska in the beginning of 2011 and started work at a small firm focused on sophisticated estate planning. There, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to practice law in the areas of estate planning; estate and trust administration; special needs planning; IRS liens and levy compliance and defense; and estate, gift, and generation skipping transfer tax planning and reporting. In 2017 I decided to hang my own shingle, and I opened Anchorage Estate Planning and Probate Services, LLC. I offer a variety of estate planning options from very basic plans to very complex and sophisticated options.

Kelly Quisenberry

Job Titles:
  • Secretary
Kelly had worked as a Dietitian since 2004, but in the fall of 2021 we decided it would be best for the family, the business, and our clients if she left that career and started working from home as the legal secretary for Anchorage Estate Planning and Probate Services, LLC. Kelly will receive the initial calls to the business and schedule meetings for potential clients to meet with Brad. After a client has hired Brad as their attorney, Kelly will have a scheduling conference with the clients to set the deadlines and meetings for the project.
