Annalea first joined CPMC in August 2014 as the office manager and subsequently she was appointed as the practice manager for her persistent contribution and dedication to build-up the practice.
Annalea has over 20 years of diverse levels of knowledge and work experience in managerial skills in General Management, HR/Administration, Accounting & Finance, Community Health, Laboratory skills. She is also a dynamic and ambitious person possessing team leadership skills. Her passion is to take up new challenges and manage new enterprises into profitable ventures.
Currently she has taken over the challenge of obtaining the Accreditation for CPMC in July 2015. She is also passionate in developing her knowledge in Clinical Management and Business Management.
She enjoys spending time with her son and reading, playing football and having a good coffee.

Cathy Lee joined the Central Pottsville Medical team in December 2014.
She has lived in Pottsville for the last 11yrs with her husband and two boys.
Cathy has a background in Nursing and midwifery with 11 years experience and is passionate about holistic health care that meets individual needs. She is excited for the opportunity to be involved in the provision of health care in her local community.
Aruni is one of the founding partners of CPMC and a partner of the APR group.
Dr Aruni has been also with Robina Town Medical Centre since 2000 and enjoys music and charity work. She has been the most popular GP from the inception.

Dr Aruni Abeywardena (MBBS) trained overseas and has been a GP for 25 years in Australia. She has experience teaching medical students from Griffith and Bond Universities and is a GP supervisor for GP Registrars through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr De Silva has over 17 years of practice experience, both locally and internationally, in Australia, Sri Lanka, and in the Middle East.
Dr De Silva was the Deputy Director of Health Services at the Department of Health Eastern Province of Sri Lanka, managing a large number of nurses, public health inspectors, midwives and field health officers. He has also held the position of senior hospital medical officer of gynaecology and obstetrics.
Dr De Silva has a special interest and experience in skin care, managing asthma, respiratory medicine and cardiac care. During his extensive career he has assisted in performing over 1500 cardiac surgeries.
Dr Priyal De Silva is one of the founding partners of APR Group and he holds office as the Managing Director of the group.
He is also practising at Mooney Street Family Practice in Logan central for the last 4 years. He also enjoys been a sportsman and has played cricket, soccer, rugby, hockey and martial arts.

He holds a MBA (University of Western Sydney), professionally qualified in IT (University of Westminster. UK), Business Administration (ABE. UK) and is a member of the Institute of Management (MIM).
With over 20 years of senior level work experience, Asitha possesses a diverse level of business experience in the fields of strategic planning and implementation, business development, financial planning, plantation management, project management, Marketing and in the field of IT systems. He has gained a vast knowledge of skills and experience working at the highest levels in the large State owned corporations and private sector entities most of which were quoted public companies in Sri Lanka.
The international exposure he gained working in countries such as the UK, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia and Middle East has been instrumental in conceptualizing many entities his latest being APR Healthcare.
Professor Jayasinghe graduated from Sydney University Medical Faculty with First Class Honours and earned MSpM degree from University of New South Wales and a PhD in Cardiology from University of New South Wales. He completed Cardiology training at Westmead Hospital and earned fellowships in Interventional Cardiology from John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle Australia and Beth Israel Hospital New York United States of America. He currently holds the positions of Professor of Cardiology for Griffith University since 2006 and Director of Cardiology and Cardiac Services at the Gold Coast Hospital since 2006.
Founder Co-Director of APIA conferences in Newcastle (2005) and Sydney (2006). He is also the co-inventor of JT Percutaneous Mitral Valve Replacement Technology and member of the Working Group on Acute Cardiac Care of the European Society for Cardiology.
