Andrew (He/Him) is the CEO and Co-founder of Arch, with a mission to drive digitization and sustainable innovation in electronics manufacturing. Andrew has published over 15 scientific papers in the fields of semiconductor electronics, electronics manufacturing, and renewable energy. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Stanford where he fabricated world record silicon photoanodes enabled by a background building custom fabrication and inspection equipment in collaboration with top equipment vendors. Outside of engineering, he helped build StartX, a top worldwide startup accelerator that has invested over $200M across various companies. After leading their hardware and IoT vertical, helping scores of early IoT companies go to market, Andrew joined Tim to build Arch in 2015.

Ayishah (She/Her) has been instrumental in building and nurturing people operations functions within technology start-ups for over 15 years. Prior to her role at Arch, she held the position of Director of People and Culture at Sounding Board.
Ayishah is passionate about formulating and executing strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing communication, fostering connection, and nurturing a positive workplace culture. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ayishah is an advocate for mental health, a dedicated business coach, and a mentor to aspiring early-career human resources professionals.
Ayishah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and has earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. Additionally, she holds senior HR certifications from both the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Ben Freeman (He/Him) is the VP of Engineering at Arch. He has a passion for building successful and productive teams that deliver the right products for our clients and effective experiences for our users. Previous to Arch, Ben spent 12 years building and growing the R&D team for Shipwire, an innovator in Ecommerce Fulfillment. He looks forward to using his 20+ years of experience delivering software and solutions for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain industries to drive great outcomes in the industry.

Dinu (He/Him) has 25 years of building world-class operations across multiple global industries and technologies. He has extensive experience building and scaling successful and highly performant teams in early and mid-stage startups. His substantial experience with hyper-growth startups has allowed him to develop a blueprint for building and scaling customer success teams that deliver an outstanding customer experience to our users.
Dinu will support the company's efforts to scale the customer operations team with a focus on accelerating growth and increasing customer satisfaction. He holds a BSc in Economic Cybernetics from the University of Bucharest and looks forward to helping Arch become the undisputed leader in the manufacturing decision intelligence space.

Gadi (He/Him) has 25 years of experience in different engineering roles at Motorola and Flex managing engineering and leading global innovation projects. His most recent projects included evaluating startup companies to support innovation within Flex.

Hank (He/Him) has a passion for helping great people grow great companies especially in and around manufacturing environments. Earlier in his career at Intel, Hank (as an experienced plant controller) traveled to internal factories worldwide, advising factory management teams during the company's sprint to achieve World-Class Manufacturing standards. He and his team were awarded the company's highest honor for the positive impact of this critical financial element on Intel's transition to manufacturing excellence. Hank has led Finance at several start-ups along the way to his current role at Arch where he assists the leadership team in expanding its approach to sharing sophisticated state-of-the-art tools with manufacturers in a variety of industries. Hank holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business along with a BA from Duke. He resides in the San Francisco Bay area along with his wife (and tropical fish).

Jennifer Davis (She/Her) drives connections between Arch and the quickly evolving manufacturing industry. She worked previously in the start-up space; 13 years in the medical industry in development and implementation of electronic medical records systems (EMR). In recent years, her time has been spent consulting within the medical and engineering industries and the charitable sector. Her role at Arch includes ownership of marketing and communications strategies and partnerships. She has a passion for mentoring the next generation of workforce leadership; volunteering with young women's groups, fostering learning and leadership skills, and enabling innate talents.

Joel (He/Him) has 25 years of operations and sales experience across multiple global industries. He has a passion for helping the world's largest industrial companies digitally transform their enterprises to unlock hidden productivity and drive breakthrough gains in sustainability. Joel started his career at Rockwell Automation, working in their electronics manufacturing factories to transform silos of data into production insights. Joel transitioned to sales and engineering leadership roles across North America with a focus on accelerating growth of key strategic software acquisitions. He holds a BA in industrial engineering from The Ohio State University as well as an MS in operations research from Cleveland State University.

Luisa (She/Her) has 10 years of experience in Product Management and Product Marketing, launching products, building teams, and scaling organizations in the data software space. She was most recently the Head of Product at Cape Privacy, an encrypted machine learning company, and before that she was the Head of Product at expert.ai, an NLP company. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in the Boston area.

Tim (He/Him) is an innovative and compassionate technologist with more than 10 years of embedded electronics experience. He earned a PhD at Stanford discovering the first complete theory of organic solar cell operation. Before that, he independently designed a pico-hydropower power plant as a Peace Corps volunteer in Panama that was used as a model for rural electrification. He's been thinking about how to build modular electronics for the last decade, both independently and with the nonprofit WellDone International where he used low-cost sensors to help ensure access to clean water in rural Africa. He is passionate about empowering people to have equal access to basic resources and ensuring that the next wave of IoT devices benefits all people. Tim currently serves on the IPC-CFX technical board.
