Albert Lojko - President

Albert Lojko, leads the business segments and commercial management of LightBox, a data and technology company that serves the commercial real estate, government, telecommunications and related industries.  With a tenure spanning over 20 years, Albert created numerous high growth businesses by articulating a compelling vision and assembling accomplished teams that deliver market leading products. Having joined the LightBox executive team in 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer, Albert has played a pivotal role in propelling the company's expansion and shaping of the business. Under his leadership, LightBox has evolved into a foremost data and analytics platform, setting new standards in the industry. Previously, Mr. Lojko was an executive vice president and the head of global corporate solutions at Ipreo. Before that, he held several roles at Thomson Reuters, including global head of open platform technology strategy, where he was responsible for defining and delivering technology and capabilities to support the company's open platform business model. As the global head of desktop in the Financial & Risk division, Mr. Lojko was responsible for product strategy, product development, design, and user experience for Thomson Reuters Eikon and all other desktop and mobile products, including Accelus and Thomson ONE. He led a team of more than 1,200 global employees. Earlier in his career, he was a managing director in the equities business at Tradeweb. He holds a bachelor's degree in political economy from Tulane University.

Amanda D. H. Allen - CFO

Amanda D. H. Allen is the chief financial officer and a member of the executive committee at LightBox, where she is responsible for global finance, accounting, tax, and treasury functions. She is focused on creating value for LightBox stakeholders by leading change across people, process and systems to build a unified, scalable platform for LightBox's growth. She leads the company's strategic planning, annual operating planning, capital allocation and performance management processes and evaluates merger and acquisition opportunities. Previously, Ms. Allen was the chief financial officer at High Ridge Brands. Before that, she held strategy and corporate finance roles at large multinationals such as PepsiCo and medium-sized private equity backed companies such as Edible Arrangements and Waterworks. She began her career in investment banking at UBS. She is an advisory board member for New York University's Center for Sustainability. She graduated with honors from both Duke University with a bachelor of science degree in economics and New York University Stern School of Business with a masters of business administration.

Eric Bollens - CTO

Eric Bollens is a senior technology executive with more than a decade of leadership experience in the real estate, environmental, education, energy, and compliance sectors. His work straddles the intersection of business and technology, focusing on developing strategies, platforms, and teams to solve core business challenges with technical solutions. As the chief technology officer at LightBox, he leads the company's engineering and product management groups in the development of a single platform for customers to access LightBox's data, workflow, tools, and analytics. Previously, Mr. Bollens was the senior vice president of engineering for location products and data platforms, working on the unification of LightBox's data assets and the development of its next-generation data platform. Before joining LightBox, he was the chief technology officer of CloudCompli and a lead architect at UCLA's Office of Information Technology. Mr. Bollens has won the California EPA's Data Innovation Challenge, the IMS Global Learning Consortium's Leadership Award, and was a two-time gold winner of the University of California's Larry L. Sautter Award for Innovation in Information Technology. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Eric Frank - CEO

Eric Frank is a corporate leader with expertise in customer-driven business innovation and product development, global business development, organic growth, strategic leadership, customer-driven management, global market expansion, operational infrastructure, and more. As the Founder & chief executive officer of LightBox, he is guiding the company's formation and transformation into the leading data and analytics platform for the commercial real estate sector. He is known for his ability to attract top talent, foster innovation, and galvanize organizations to surpass their corporate goals. Previously, Mr. Frank was a managing director at DMGI and DMGT, where he oversaw a portfolio of U.S. commercial real estate information companies. Before that, he was a director at AGDATA, a provider of payment facilitation, information services, and software. He held several roles at Thomson Reuters, including president of an investment advisory division, and helped lead the integration of Thomson Financial and Reuters. Mr. Frank worked with a private equity firm to pursue the acquisition of a corporate services asset from Thomson Reuters and negotiated changes to the proposed deal structure, enabling an increase in bid value with no impact on returns. Mr. Frank began his career at Morgan Guaranty, where he invented and built the ADR.com portal in the early dot.com era, delivering $12 million in revenues in just two years to position the company for an eventual $200 million sale to Thomson Financial. He serves on the boards of The TIE, Social Market Analytics, and the Risk Assistance Network & Exchange. He holds a bachelor's degree in general studies from the University of Michigan. He has management responsibility for the company's legal, compliance, acquisition, contracting, and corporate secretarial functions. Previously, Mr. Vogt was the general counsel, North America, for the Daily Mail & General Trust. Prior to that, he was a partner in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He holds a bachelor's degree from Fordham University and a juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
