Eric Randall is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Randall is a Vice President and Relationship Manager with Washington Trust Bank. He has worked in commercial and real estate banking for 17 years. He specializes in commercial, industrial and builder lending. Mr. Randall currently serves on the Canyon County Planning and Zoning Commission and on the Board of Directors for Sage Community Resource Lending Committee.

Janet Macfarlane

Janet Macfarlane is a member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Macfarlane is currently retired. She grew up in rural Colorado and completed a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences. She worked for 35 years in administration and human resources. Since retiring, Ms. Macfarlane has held volunteer positions in elderly crisis counseling, pro-life pregnancy mentoring, and advocating for victims of domestic violence. Ms. Macfarlane is the proud mother of four and grandmother to thirteen. Her hobbies consist of shopping, traveling, interior decorating and creative writing. She recently completed and published her first book.

Kori McCuistion

Kori McCuistion is a member of the Board of Directors. Ms. McCuistion is an Idaho native, homeowner, and young professional with 17 years of service at WinCo Food, Inc. She started her career as a store clerk and has since been promoted to Department Manager and ultimately, Meat Buyer for nine states out of the corporate office in Boise.

Richard Jackson

Richard Jackson is the Vice Chair and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Jackson is a senior citizen and community member to the Board of Directors. Mr. Jackson is currently retired. He previously held various positions with KIRO, Inc. (CBS) in Seattle, including Reporter, Producer, Writer and Editorial Director. He was President of Mayday Company, a vocational education company. He previously served as President of the Washington Federation of Private Vocational Schools and was appointed to the State of Washington, Department of Vocational Education Select Advisory Committee.
