Avila Partners is led by David Houghton PE. Drawing on more than thirty years of experience in the energy efficiency field, Dave's background includes building science, utility consulting and executive leadership, writing and presenting on energy-related topics, and plenty of hands-on experience in building systems engineering. Previously, Dave founded, grew, and turned over the design firm Resource Engineering Group, where he acted as engineer of record for over four hundred building projects... Avila Partners provides engineering and expertise to help design, build, and operate energy-efficient and self-powered buildings. The company also supports efforts to make existing buildings run better, such as auditing, commissioning, and data analytics.
