BHARMOUR HYDRO PROJECTS

The Directorate of Energy of Government of Himachal Pradesh (DOE) has allocated the Bharmour HEP (45 MW) on Built-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) basis. The Implementation Agreement (IA) was signed between M/S Soffimat SA and the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh followed by signing of a Tripartite Agreement, wherein the liability and responsibility were transferred to the floated SPV named M/s Bharmour Hydro Projects Pvt. Ltd. (M/s BHPPL) for further investigation and construction in two stages i.e. Bharmour HEP - Stage 1(24MW) and Stage 2(21MW).
