BLUE MOUNTAIN LODGE

Blue Mountain Lodge is operated by Monticello Estate, which is a nearby orchard and vineyard upon which is grown apples, pears and wine grapes including San Giovese, Verdelho and Mourvèdre varieties. Monticello Estate is operated using strict sustainable farming practices, all of which assist with gaining the intense natural flavours of the fruit grown. Several varieties of apples and pears are grown including Pink Lady apples. This variety is used to produce the Estate's famous apple juice.
