BRAIDWOOD GARLIC

The Braidwood Garlic Growers Co-op was formed so that our members can work co-cooperatively to grow garlic with superior taste and to market our garlic collectively. Our members strive to find the best varieties for our climate. It is encouraging that the cold winters of the Southern Tablelands enhance the flavours of the garlics and that a number of the garlic groups are well suited to this climate. Most members grow several varieties and some of our garlic is used for seed.​...
