Emilee assists with many administrative functions of our office including opening and closing files to attending to our Annual Client Relationship Service matters.
Education
Emilee is a native of Wells, Maine, and a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a Minor in Anthropology. While attending the University of Connecticut, Emilee was a member of the marching band and secretary of the Winter Guard.
Emma is our Firm Administrator, taking care of a wide variety of tasks including billing, client services, knowledge management, human resources, firm policies, benefits, technology and training.
As a Senior Associate at Brennan & Rogers, PLLC, James' practice is focused on estate planning, probate, and corporate matters. James is licensed to practice law in Maine and was named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers from 2017-2020.

Kim is our Social Media Strategist and Blogger, who produces our monthly newsletter, manages virtual events, and supports our community outreach efforts.

Kimberly graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a Concentration in Criminology and a Minor in Anthropology. She earned her Career Diploma from Penn Foster University in Medical Coding and Billing in 2009.
Mary Kathryn is licensed to practice law in Maine and has been named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers for 5 years in a row. Mary Kathryn's practice is focused exclusively on elder law, Medicaid planning, Medicaid application assistance, estate planning, and probate matters.
Mary Kathryn is a native of York, Maine. She is a graduate of York High School, Colby College and the University of Maine School of Law. She is married to Smilie G. Rogers. They have three children and live in South Berwick, Maine.
