I am a self taught baker and have been making bread for my family for over thirty years. Three years ago we decided to set up a micro bakery to supply small quantities of good quality sourdough. We purchased a Haussler stone bake oven and are steadily building our customer base. We supply two local health food shops, two local coffee houses and friends who support us and order regularly...
