Brown County Evaluation Center, Inc (BCEC) is a free-standing non-hospital detoxification facility licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and the Minnesota Department of Health. BCEC is a co-ed 16 bed secure facility. BCEC provides services to individuals in Southern Minnesota who are intoxicated or in withdrawal from alcohol and other substances, and who are unable to immediately care for themselves.
